What Makes you Happy?

Happiness? Everyone wants to be happy. Everyone desires this state of mind but we have a hard time achieving it.

What makes you happy? A cup of ice cream? A pack of chocolates? A hug from your loveones? Or a glance from your crush of 4 years?

Today I read this article and it made me wonder why happiness always tries to ellude me. I wonder... Happiness .... Contentment?? are they the same??
