waaaah! gusto kong saktan ng bonggang bongga yung babae eh….   pero kahit ganyan teeth nyan….

sobrang lambing nyan…. at gwafo nyan for me.  hehehehe….

Born to Die....

OMG!  It breaks my heart seeing the videos below. Just like how I cried and howled "Please do something!" when I saw the videos of how China harvests fur. I wish I could do something for them... I am literally crying right now. I can't stop crying...  T_T   And as I type these words.... my sight is so blurry tears and images of these sad doggie eyes.

You know how much I love my dogs.... Their unconditional love warms my heart everyday. .... and I can't stop this feeling of sadness. I am sad because there are people who treats these animals like nothing. Tsk. Tsk.... what a waste of life indeed. I hope I can do something for them.

Moimoi, my Happy Happy Shih Tzu

Last year, we bought a shih tzu from my colleague. I begged my hubby to buy me one para naman I have kasama sa bahay while he is away. It was such a fun when I posted on FB a poll for his name. My friends voted on choices like Boknoy, Mikmik or Potchie. And then I named him Moimoi. He was such a cute and happy puppy.

who says playing while eating should not be done?

He likes to sleep infront of my computer screen on top of my table whenever I slack around the house and just surf the net all day. 

Baby, stop droooling!

During my times of sadness because Sweetiepie♥ was not here with me, Moimoi was my comfort and stress reliever. One time, I went home from work feeling stressed and so sad, while watching tv and thinking about my hubbby, tears started falling. When Moimoi saw that I was silently weeping, he did the sweetest thing of just sitting beside me, putting his paws on my lap and like a small child comforting me turned his happy happy face  on! It made me smile!

He is part of my family now. Sweetiepie♥ loves him so much they play catch ball everyday. My mom and brother loves MoiMoi too that they wanted him to stay in Cavite na with them. Ayaw ko nga! Paano naman ako? Wala ako kasama sa apartment ko!?

Glad that I don't Live in Iran!!!... where a Cleric said Dogs are "unclean"

I think this Iranian cleric is absurd!..... he along with all the dog-meat-eaters-in-Asia should all be condemned. I have never known a love so unconditional like the way my dog does for me and my family. I could never trade anything for the happiness Bachie gives me whenever she sees us. And honestly, My love for dogs will not be tainted with the ramblings from this stupid religious fanatic. It is so ridiculous for him to say that Dogs are "Unclean"! As if naman the people from Iran are all clean ha?! Baka nga mas mabango pa si Bachie ko kesa sa kanila eh! Hmmmmpf! *mainit na ang ulo*

Haven't he heard of Gelert, Bobby, Shep, or Hachiko? Who are the most loyal dogs ever in history and even if their masters are dead..... their unconditional love extends beyond grave. These dogs patiently waited for their masters and was never discouraged by heat or cold. Gelert even gave up his life for his master's son. So to fine anyone on their country for just playing with dogs in public is absolute lunacy!

World Animals Day @ MOA

I attended the World Animals Day at MOA today Oct.10. Animal Welfare groups such as PAWS, PETA and WWF booths are there and a free concert. Free Photo Booth and face painting for kids. Animal lovers brought their dogs. I kind of got frustrated that I was not able to bring my dear Bachie at the event. She would be very happy to see all these animal friends. I had a very great time taking picture and patting these sweet dogs. I also gave my support to PAWS. Location: Music Hall, MOA

My Two Lab

I am sooo down this week because I keep seeing alot of things to be sad about in the aftermath of Typhoon Ondoy.

In times like these I usually divert my attention to my loveones. They keep me sane and grounded. Sharing with you a video of the two most important babies in my life. Ang dalawang mahal ko sa buhay... My Labs *winks* at si Bachie, my LABrador... I love them both sooo much!



This video was taken during one of our usual Sunday afternoon exercise. Hon and I usually take Bachie to a stroll to the next village. Then we just run around. Afterwards, sobrang pagod na si Bachie she would be the one to initiate going home. Pagdating sa bahay... di na kame papansinin... pinagod daw namen... hahaha

No One gets Left Behind after Typhoon Ondoy

EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE SAVED...... EVEN DOGS AND CATS...

Hi! We will be volunteering on Saturday, Oct 3, to help PAWS (Philippine Animal Welfare Society) through the shelter feeding program. We have some friends who will come too. We would like to ask your help by coming along. We need volunteers. PAWS also needs old blankets, medicines, newspapers, crates, dog carriers, cages with roofs, foods and supplies. Please contact us and let us join hands in helping our furry friends.

If you are near the area, we can just meet at PARC, QC (PAWS rehabilitation center) on Saturday Oct 3. 10:00 am. We will be cooking some cat and dog food that we will bring for the feeding program of the rescued pets from the Typhoon Ondoy. We will also be bringing supplies.

It would be great if you can bring ANY of below:
1. dog carrier, dog and cats crate, cages with roof donations
2. dog food /cat food
3. old blankets
4. old towels
5. newspapers (they use this as cat litter)
6. pet multi vitamin tablets and syrups, amoxicillin antibiotics.
7. flashlights and batteries (to be used at PARC)
8. detergent and dishwashing soap and sponge (to clean the bowls)
9. water and relief goods for the rescuers and caretakers.

Cash and In Kind Donations are welcome.

.Bachie and Me.

Charm and Mitzi has been telling me to watch this film "Marley and Me". It stars Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston. My friends said that when they watched the movie, they thought about me and Bachie -my yellow labrador retriever that I usually refer to as my "anak". I search the net and found the trailer of that movie here.

MARLEY AND ME MOVIE

Watching the movie trailer, I can't help but giggle to all the funny scenes that made me think of Bachie. Marley is so much like my baby Bachie. They destroy anything in sight especially shoes, slippers and throw pillows. They both are afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks. They love to play with water... And they like to run and chase everything that is moving.

I think this is a nice movie, and I'm hoping Hon and I could find a time this weekend to watch it together. We can't watch it tomorrow since he will be attending some training for this week. So I will have to wait 'till weekend.

I also found out that there is a book with the same title that has been printed 2005. I'm gonna drop by tomorrow at Fullybooked and grab a copy of this one. ^_^ I read from reviews that it is a good book.


These past few weeks, I have been thinking of selling my Lab. I'm worried that she is taking so much of my mom's time and much of my hard earned cash. Imagine having to allot a separate budget that is much more than what a sack of rice costs just for her dog food only for a month. I know I should have thought about it before adopting her. Having a dog is like having a child. She needs a lot of attention as well as care and training. Most of these days, I could not find a spare time to read a book, what more to care and take a spoiled Labrador bratinella like Bachie to a daily walk. ^_^ But you know what is good about her? Her just being there. Always following me, or sitting or looking at me with her puppy eyes as if saying... Mom, you look tired? Dyou need a hug? awwww! She is soo adorable. Most of the time, she drives me and my mom crazy of her pagpapasaway. But after all the scolding session, she will just lay on her huge belly then make a "malalim na buntonghininga" where I would just giggle and laugh at her. She looks very convincing kasi sa kanyang pag papaawa-look. ^_^

I missed my baby bachie so much that i just wanted a little stroll at Tiendesitas and drool on these little cuties. Good thing I dont have my cards with me else I was able to buy a pet again.
