Having dabbled at a call center life for more or less 2 years... I can't help but remember those times I sat at the same chair and was trying to be awake handling calls and sounding chirpy on the phone in the wee hours of 12 am to 4 am...

Now, some people might wonder... pano ba ang buhay call center pag "petiks" at walang calls?
